A failed switch or router does not always need replacing. Our engineers diagnose faults to component level, including power supplies, fans, boot and flash problems, port failures and console issues, and return the unit tested and working.
Repairs are logged in our register, so you can check the status of your device on our Track My Repair page using your ticket number. For critical sites, our AMC customers can receive a replacement unit while theirs is repaired.
