Polycom VC rooms: AMC, repair & spares
Government meeting rooms still depend on Polycom Group Series and HDX systems. We keep them working with repair, spares and maintenance contracts.
Poly has ended support for the RealPresence Group Series and HDX, but the systems remain in daily use in government offices, courts and PSUs. When an EagleEye camera, a microphone array or the codec itself fails, the room is out of action until a part is found.
Sutej Networks repairs Polycom codecs and cameras in its own workshop, keeps tested spares, and maintains VC rooms under AMC alongside the network equipment they depend on, so one team looks after both the VC system and the switch it connects to.
