What is a network AMC?
An annual maintenance contract is a yearly agreement under which we support, repair and replace your network equipment for a fixed fee, with agreed response times.
Do you provide AMC for Cisco equipment that is end-of-life?
Yes. Much of the equipment we maintain is end-of-life or end-of-sale. We keep spares and repair capability for these models.
Which brands do you support?
Cisco, Juniper, HPE / Aruba, Extreme, D-Link, Poly and other OEMs, in one multi-vendor contract.
Do you support government and PSU customers?
Yes. Government departments and PSUs make up a large part of our AMC customer base.
