Information we receive

Quote requests: name, company, email, mobile number, GSTIN (optional), buyer type, requirement details and any document you attach.

Updates sign-up: the email address you give us.

Repair tracking: the ticket number you enter is used only to look up the status; we do not store it.

WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you choose to share with us.

Your quote list stays in your own browser (local storage) until you send it. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, send quotations, supply, repair and maintain equipment, and keep business and tax records required by law. We never sell personal data.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes form submissions and forwards them to our business email. WhatsApp chats are handled by WhatsApp, and the map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps. We share details with couriers or other parties only when needed to complete your order or when the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiries are kept while we work on them and for reasonable follow-up; invoices and transaction records are kept for the period required by tax law.

Product information and refurbished equipment

Specifications shown are summaries; the model, configuration, condition and licensing are confirmed in our quotation. Datasheet links open the manufacturer's website. Refurbished and end-of-life equipment is tested in our workshop and carries our own warranty of one month from dispatch (up to 90 days for regular customers), on the terms in our quotation; the manufacturer's warranty and support may not apply. Software use is subject to the manufacturer's licence terms.
