Can we award a CAMC through GeM?
Sutej Networks is a registered GeM seller, so departments can award network maintenance through a GeM bid where the service category is available, or through their own tender process.
What is CAMC in a government tender?
CAMC means comprehensive annual maintenance contract: the contractor provides support, labour and replacement parts for the listed equipment for a fixed annual fee, as per the SLA in the tender.
What is the difference between AMC and CAMC?
A non-comprehensive AMC covers support and labour, with parts charged separately. A CAMC also includes the cost of parts and replacement units.
Can you provide CAMC for equipment that is end of life?
Yes. Covering EOL/EOS equipment is a core part of our CAMC work; we keep tested spares and repair units in-house.
